We are seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to join our senior leadership team. This is a dynamic role overseeing Finance, HR, IT, and Governance, ensuring smooth operations and strategic growth within the business.
The Role
* Reporting to: CEO
* Team Size: Five
You will lead a team of skilled corporate services professionals, managing key corporate functions while supporting stakeholders at all levels. This position is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong financial background, excellent operational skills, and a passion for driving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, payroll, and compliance.
* HR & Administration: Manage HR functions, employee engagement, and recruitment.
* Governance & Compliance: Ensure best practices in risk management, legal compliance, and reporting.
* Team Leadership: Lead and develop a skilled corporate services team.
About You
* Credentials: Fully/part-qualified accountant (or qualified by experience).
* Experience: Minimum five years leadership experience, with expertise in finance, HR, and operations.
* Skills: Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Ability: Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational management.
* Desirable: Experience in a publicly funded organisation.
