ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan and direct activities for the delivery of projects.
2. Develop programmes and manage client and design teams' expectations.
3. Effective management of resources, workforce, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
4. Delegate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and technical assessors to ensure project completion with programme/contracts.
5. Ensure compliance with Quality System, Quality Procedures, and Engineers Specifications.
6. Meet agreed objectives in timely delivery, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
7. Demonstrate the highest levels of Health & Safety at all times.
8. Maintain positive working relationships with clients, design, and office team.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
1. 5+ years experience in a site manager role in construction.
2. Previous experience of residential developments.
3. Good knowledge of quality and safety management systems.
4. Good IT skills with the ability to generate detailed site reports.
5. Ability to deliver projects and work within strict deadlines.
6. Demonstrate understanding of Health & Safety requirements within Irish construction sites.
