Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, radio, and live events.
* Track and report campaign performance metrics.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Customer Service Teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
* Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies.
* Content Creation: Design and edit marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
* Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
* Social Media Management: Schedule, monitor, and analyze social media posts.
* Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow online communities.
* Event Promotion: Organize and promote live events, such as competitions, sponsorships, and trade shows, including logistics coordination and follow-up.
* SEO & Website Management: Update website content, optimize for search engines, monitor analytics, and suggest improvements.
* Market Research: Stay informed on trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities.
* Brand Consistency: Ensure all communication aligns with the brand's voice and guidelines.
Requirements:
* 23 years of experience in a marketing, sales, or advertising role.
* Relevant qualification at NFQ Level 6 or higher.
* Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.).
* Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
* Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
* Basic understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Meta Insights (advantageous).
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Flexibility to work across various teams and functions.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland is required.
