Office Administrator Agri
We are recruiting for a full-time permanent Office Administrator to join our client's team in an established agribusiness located 20 minutes north of Cork City.
The company has been supporting the Irish agricultural sector for over 40 years, maintaining high quality standards, traceability, and environmental sustainability as a market leader in animal nutrition.
The successful candidate will be based at a location 15 km north of Cork City and work standard Monday to Friday hours of 9:00 - 5:30. An option of a 4-day week is also available.
Duties:
* Manage phone calls, email, and other forms of correspondence.
* Greet and assist customers in a polite and friendly manner.
* Perform data entry for procurement and accounts.
* Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
* Answer customer queries and provide information on orders.
* Contribute to office management and board room maintenance duties.
Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to understand customer orders.
* Able to multitask.
To Succeed:
* 3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Ability to prioritise tasks.

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Remuneration Package:
* Salary: €35,000 (depending on experience).
* End-of-year bonus based on KPIs.
* Pension after 6 months.
