Student Accommodation Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Student Accommodation Administrator to join our growing team.
About the Role
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our student accommodation services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Amenity Management: Manage day-to-day administration of student accommodation. Process student applications, assign rooms, and maintain accurate records.
* Contract Administration: Prepare, review, and issue tenancy agreements for new residents. Ensure all contracts are signed and filed appropriately.
* Maintenance Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between residents and the maintenance team. Log maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Customer Service: Address student and parent inquiries via email, phone, and in person. Provide information about accommodation policies, facilities, and local amenities.
* General Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update databases with student and property details. Generate reports on occupancy, maintenance activities, and other metrics.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in property management or student accommodation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
