About the Role:
* To provide administrative support to the Radiology Department, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
* Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to patient information, radiology procedures, and other departmental activities.
* Coordinate and facilitate communication between healthcare professionals, patients, and external stakeholders regarding radiology services and referrals.
* Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and protocols within the Radiology Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, including patient records, radiology reports, and departmental databases.
* Administration: Provide administrative support to the department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
* Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with healthcare professionals, patients, and external stakeholders regarding radiology services and referrals.
* Clinical Support: Assist in the coordination of radiology procedures, including preparing patients, equipment, and supplies.
