Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced eProcurement Manager to oversee the Purchasing department for a group of hotels in Shannon, County Clare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Procure Wizard software and providing guidance to other staff members on purchasing-related matters.
Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end procurement software.
* Serve as the super-user for the procurement system.
* Act as the administrator, handling configurations and troubleshooting.
* Prepare and present purchasing documents.
* Project manage the procurement process.
* Assist with tenders.
* Oversee supplier management arrangements with external suppliers.
* Prepare and present reports.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Experience using e-procurement software such as Procure Wizard.
