**Job Title:** Senior Occupational Therapist
**Reports to:** The Occupational Therapist Manager in Charge III.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**
**Clinical Role:** As a senior occupational therapist in Acute Surgery, you will utilize high-level clinical skills to provide timely, competent, and equitable services to patients. You will work alongside other senior staff members to ensure seamless delivery of care. This role involves leading contacts with medical teams, including orthopedics, vascular, and other specialties under the umbrella of surgery. Your primary focus will be on improving patient flow within the Unscheduled Care department.
**Leadership Role:** As a lead contact for various medical teams and multidisciplinary teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. This position requires strong leadership and initiative to drive initiatives that enhance patient flow and overall care quality.
