An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Account Manager (Threat Intelligence) to join our company in Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical solutions and managing relationships with our client's Threat Intelligence customers, as well as developing relationships with them and creating technical content.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Develop trusted relationships with our client's customers and their Threat Intelligence community and support them throughout their engagement lifecycle.
* Demonstrate knowledge of service usage and security/threat intelligence technical use cases (API integration, Intelligence investigations, etc.).
* Discover opportunities beyond simple business that will lead to partnerships and community engagement.
Must Have Skills:
* 3+ years of relevant experience.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and threat intelligence.
* In-depth understanding of the VirusTotal platform or equivalent competitor products, including their uses and functionalities.
* Experience ensuring customer success by addressing technical issues and providing internal support.
