The successful candidate will participate in shaping the function, its processes, governance, and collaboration both internally and towards the outsourcing partners. This includes shaping the Managed Services team and supporting the transition from a service provider to a service integrator.
The Contract Manager will help manage the partnership and systems being outsourced. Key responsibilities include obligation management, project order management, and optimizing the vendor relationship at an operational level. The successful candidate must have a strong contractual understanding combined with a commercial mindset to advise and educate business owners and vendors.
This role requires close collaboration with internal functions such as Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and IT Management to support the Delivery Line.
