Overview
We are seeking a Construction Assistant to join our team in the Monaghan area and support our construction projects in the North east. The ideal candidate will be head office based, and assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of construction sites.
Responsibilities
* Organise and maintain construction project files
* Assist with data entry and documentation tasks
* Support the construction team with administrative duties
* Manage office tasks such as organizing schedules
* Provide customer support and handle inquiries
* Assist in managing phone systems and front desk operations
* Some travel to sites maybe required
Qualifications
* Experience in office management or administrative support roles
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Knowledge of basic data entry procedures
* Familiarity with customer service practices
* Knowledge of MS Office is essential
* Full clean driving license is required
* Experience in the industry will be an advantage

Expected hours: 39 per week
