As our Senior Technical Product Manager, you'll drive product discovery with business partners, manage dependencies across a highly matrixed organization, refine and maintain a healthy delivery backlog, and work alongside OPEN Engineering, Design and Business stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities: Product Management Create and maintain the product roadmap for outlining development timelines and major milestones.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the team is working on features that deliver the most value.
Work with tech teams, business users, and business partners to understand requirements.
Lead SCRUM agile ceremonies for the team (sprint refinement, planning & review) Technical Expertise Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to inform product development.
Understand complex technical issues and facilitate problem-solving discussions.
E nsure the product adheres to technical, security, and regulatory standards.
Data-Driven Decision Making Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product.
Stakeholder Engagement Act as a liaison between the Open Technology team and business stakeholders for your tech products.
Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to inform product decisions.
Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders at regular intervals.
Agile and Process Improvement Maintain backlog health with derisked ready work Ensure effective Planning, refinement and review of the sprint backlog Monitor and report on product performance, using data to drive decisions.
Risk Management and Quality Assurance Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product development process.
Ensure quality assurance processes are integrated into product development.
Oversee the resolution of technical and customer-facing issues.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Extensive experience in product development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Experience and understanding of software development lifecycle and technologies.
