Job Description: Social Care Professional
We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Social Care Professionals to join our team in Longford. As a residential Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in a residential service, promoting independence and person-centred planning.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care to young people, promoting independence and person-centred planning.
* Contribute to the day-to-day running of the service.
Requirements:
* A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area.
* Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking.
* Understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care.
* Working Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures.
* Working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures.
* Full Clean Manual Driving License.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is €35,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
