Our client require an experienced Building Services Engineer to join our team in Rosslare. The client are one of Ireland’s top main contractors and are offering a permanent or Contract position (candidates preference).
The role will be based on site full time, ideally the candidate will have both M&E experience but applicants from either discipline will also be considered.

Responsibilities
10. Supervise and manage the implementation of construction systems within buildings.
11. Define procedures for upkeep and operation.
12. Oversight and projection of expenditure to remain within established budgets.
13. Utilize intricate diagrams, schematics, plans, and blueprints.
14. Develop systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
15. Monitor the functionality of building systems and associated processes.
16. Collaborate with other specialists, including structural engineers, contractors, surveyors, and internal project groups.
17. Participate in technical and project-related gatherings.
18. Ensure adherence to legal and safety requisites in the design and maintenance of building systems.
Requirements
19. Possess a pertinent degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
20. Accumulate 2-3 years of practical experience in a related sector.
21. Display adeptness in both team-based and independent work approaches.
22. Demonstrate effective aptitude in resolving challenges and devising pragmatic remedies.
23. Transform written and spoken instructions into 2D/3D illustrations.
24. Impeccable precision and meticulousness are of utmost importance.
