Due to growing demand and opportunities to support our clients, we are seeking a highly experienced candidate with an Infrastructure Asset Management / Asset Performance Management commercial/financial background. You will lead the acceleration of our infrastructure asset management, cost and performance optimisation service team to meet the growing requirement and opportunities across our market leading engagements. The perfect candidate will be an agile problem solver, who marries collaboration and client relationships skills with commercially aligned hard infrastructure asset management and maintenance optimisation and performance optimisation skills and expertise. The role is particularly focused on extending asset useful life, optimal lifecycle investment analysis for better maintenance cost management and deployment, and performance improvement of infrastructure assets. Role Details: Key responsibilities will include: Identify, grow and develop key client relationships across our focus sectors - driving new pipeline of opportunities for execution. Increase our collaboration opportunities, and relationships in the asset management market, working closely with and leading multi-disciplinary teams for key client assignments. Draft, support, drive high impact and quality deliverables / delivery teams for our clients. Draft, support, drive high quality proposals and bid submissions both to and for our target clients. Run asset management / performance linked assignments in key sectors. Engage as asset performance and lifecycle risk expert in business case development. Be an active team member, sharing and collaborating for complete solution delivery for our clients. Support the growth of the team by coaching and leading more junior team members. Provide strategic insight on key infrastructure topics in both thought leadership and to clients directly as part of engagements. Keep abreast of key infrastructure asset management topics that are of relevance to our target sectors and clients. Develop and implement work plans and ensure adherence to key procedures such: quality control, allocating resources and complying with internal risk management procedures Other ad hoc duties as required The Candidate: Qualified with a relevant professional qualification and/or degree / masters level (ACA, ACCA, Construction Management, PM, QS, Cost Consultant, Engineering, etc.) Minimum 13+ years' hands-on experience in physical infrastructure asset management advisory in the target sectors. Detailed knowledge in either the transport (road, rail, public transport) or energy transition or Complex Facilities (incl Data Center) linked sectors in particular. Experience can be from the public sector, engineering consultancy, developer / equity industry, or professional services. Self-starter who is motivated and can work autonomously.
