The role of Sales Manager
We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our retail team in this pivotal new role. As Sales Manager, you'll support the management team, ensuring team members are motivated to achieve targets and maintain a safe, efficient store environment.

* You have a strong background in a customer-facing role, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.

Your responsibilities
* You'll deliver a premium customer service experience that exceeds our customers' expectations.
* You'll act as a role model, inspiring and guiding your team with dedication, integrity and genuine warmth.
* You'll drive sales by monitoring team KPIs and leading by example with exceptional service.
* You'll work with the store leadership team to ensure clarity of business plan is cascaded throughout the team.
* You'll provide in-depth knowledge of our brand and products to customers and your team.
* You'll actively engage and undertake duties that support store operations.
* You'll deliver team briefs and contribute to team meetings.
* You'll support store management in assisting with team development.
