Commercial Mobile Controller – Sky Ireland
We are seeking a talented individual to lead the commercial mobile team in driving revenue and EBITDA growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and customer-centric initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver quarterly targets for mobile sales and churn reduction
* Develop robust business plans to achieve net growth targets and optimize return-to-market strategies
* Manage device launches and track sales performance to inform portfolio development
* Collaborate with marketing, trading, and channel teams to ensure alignment on key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Work closely with TV and broadband counterparts to maximize demand trends and quad-play opportunities
* Drive continuous improvements in commercial plans by leveraging market trends, customer data, and analytics research
* Design customer segment offers and propositions to retain, grow, and engage mobile customers
* Provide regular performance updates and project updates to senior management
Requirements:
* Deep understanding of the Irish mobile market, preferably gained through first-hand experience in a commercial role
* Experience in KPI ownership and delivery essential
* Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit, restless curiosity, and positive energy
* Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to simplify ambiguity
* Brilliant collaborator with excellent communication and presentation skills
* Credible and able to present to Director and C-level executives on a regular basis
