We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in a dynamic Cork car dealership. The successful candidate will have a passion for the motor industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting sales and aftersales processes, including administrative tasks and vehicle registration.
* Registering new vehicles, processing change of ownership, and generating invoices.
* Maintaining extreme accuracy in orders and invoices, as well as processing credit notes.
* Assisting with ad-hoc administrative duties and providing exceptional customer service.
* Welcome clients upon arrival, offer beverages, and manage phone/email enquiries.
* Overseeing the reception area, ensuring it remains neat and tidy, and distributing post.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Previous administrative experience is essential (1+ years).
* Proficiency in CRM systems and excellent communication skills.
* Efficient organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
* A professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
