Ensure that the team of night porters carry out their duties as per hotel standards.
Liaise with Reception to ensure all guest requests are attended to and cleaning duties have been completed by the night team.
To do a daily handover with the late and early duty managers when on shift.
To ensure all Meeting Rooms are ready for the following Day.
To ensure all Cleaning and set up is done in line with the Hotel's procedures Ensure health and safety best practise at all times.
Handle guests complaints and queries.
To resolve any problems, queries or complaints as they arise.
