Our Mission Software & Services business provides leading-edge mission critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. We support our client’s innovation journey through design thinking, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support with our full suite of cloud computing solutions. You will be a key technology partner to our customers in the Defence sector to thrive on developing the next breakthrough for the defence and security of Singapore. Working closely with the Solution Architect, Project Manager and Technical Lead, you will be part of a development team to develop, test and deploy system/network infrastructure as part of an overall project implementation. We are looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude, strong sense of ownership and desire to succeed in a role with significant growth opportunities in Singapore and regionally.

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through covering the assigned territories, networking, and social media
3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services with confidence and conviction - have through and intensive knowledge of the proposed solution
5. Create quality reviews and reports with sales and financial data that includes the pipeline file for sales cadence
6. Forecast the sales opportunity closure probability from a business perspective with awareness of sales management such as sales numbers, attrition, headcount, training needs, etc.
7. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences for both internal and external events.
8. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
9. Collaborate with the pre-sales, delivery, support, partner alliance, and marketing team to achieve better results
10. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Qualities We Value
11. More than 10 years experience in Sales and leading a team. Prior experience in Government and/or Enterprise sector will be an added advantage.
12. Proficiency in English
13. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
14. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
15. Hands-on experience with Salesforce software is a plus
16. Technical hands-on experience in delivering IT services is a plus
17. Fast learner and passion for sales
18. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
19. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
20. Have a positive attitude and confidence towards creating the sales activities, pipelines, and closure of sales.
21. Have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone.
22. Have good listening skills to help gain client's trust
23. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain within team and client/customer relationship
