Job Description
* To grow strategic engagement, managing and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets.
* Develop strategic account plans to increase revenue and client retention.
* Deliver a great experience to clients and affiliates by presenting our brand and being the frontline liaison internally and externally.
* Prospecting, identifying and seeking opportunities with potential new clients with the aim to work together and achieve targets while providing main values to both parties.
* Portfolio management which includes maintaining good relationships with existing clients, looking for additional opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, for both existing and new products and services.
* Analyze current sales strategy and suggest solutions for portfolio management or any new industry targeting.
* Share ideas, feedback, and input pertaining to consumer products or marketing with the aim to grow the business.
* Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives which include sales targets and forecasts.
* Support the negotiation and contracting process with clients, partners, and affiliates.
* Partner with the HODs to communicate across different teams, internally and externally on our products, strategies, and updates.
* Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, growing the business, and closing relationships.
Qualifications
Qualifications
* Diploma, Bachelor's Degree / Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
* A minimum of 3 years working experience in B2B Sales.
* Client-centric mindset; experience in banking and finance or fintech industry will be an advantage.
* Drive to succeed in a complex environment.
* Opportunistic, creative, team player with a positive attitude in driving time-bound initiatives to successful goals.
