Job Opportunity – Senior Sales/Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales/Business Development Manager to lead all aspects of sales planning, coordination, and implementation across Ireland, UK & Europe.
Duties:
* Perform daily sales activities including lead generation, face-to-face meetings, customer visits, trade show attendance, and national/international sales trips.
* Manage the sales of our EPC services to existing and new customers in Pharma, Data Centre, Renewables & Advanced Technology fields.
* Respond to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, tracking progress and closing out these activities.
* Meet with customers to understand project requirements and build solutions tailored to their needs.
* Maintain an up-to-date client database.
* Work with various functions to quote and present solutions and services effectively.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process and relationships.
* Develop and deliver incremental revenue, identifying potential sales opportunities across Ireland, UK & Europe.
* Conduct competitor analysis and identify key competitors.
* Provide monthly sales reporting.
* Apply commercial and effective yield management for all business sources and have a strong understanding of the same.
* Execute quarterly activity plans to create focus and adapt activities to support business needs.
Experience:
* University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance &/or Marketing.
* 15+ years' experience closing deals in Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Renewables &/or Advanced Technology markets.
* Experience bidding on multi-million Euro deals, RFI, RFP, RFQ, and presenting solutions and business cases.
* Established relationships and network in the industry with a solid reputation for delivering for customers.
Requirements:
