Role Overview
As a Personal Assistant/Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Offering comprehensive administrative support to the senior leadership team
* Managing executives' calendars, coordinating meetings, and organizing events across multiple time zones
* Handling confidential information with discretion and managing high-priority communications
* Organizing business and personal travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, accommodations, and itineraries
* Assisting with office operations, such as procuring supplies, managing equipment, and coordinating facilities
* Managing courier services and overseeing various office-related tasks
* Collaborating with external vendors, contractors, and property management teams
* Working closely with a global team to ensure seamless operations across different locations
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A Bachelor’s degree or higher
* 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
* Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
* Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Working knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese is desirable
