About the Role
We are partnering with a luxurious hospitality organisation based in County Cork to recruit a Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities
* Construct and implement HR Strategic initiatives and strategies that align with the organisation's company vision and goals.
* Lead on all recruitment activities to ensure the organisation attracts and retains the highest-quality candidates across all organisational departments.
* Develop and monitor new and existing employee engagement activities and company recognition programs to create and maintain a collaborative, inclusive and positive work culture.
* Create and modify HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and organisational objectives.
* Design and execute on delivering training programs that aim to improve employees existing skillsets and career progression opportunities.
* Act as a specialist HR Advisor to departmental managers and employees on all employee relations issues.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 3 years experience at HR Manager level.
* A HR Degree or an equivalent HR Qualification.
* Prior experience in the Hospitality Industry is preferable.
