Tasks Job Description: Senior Business Analyst Location: Raheen, Limerick Ireland / Poland 6+ months contract Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team for an exciting project at our manufacturing facilities in Poland and Ireland.
This role will focus on managing an Assessment and Preliminary Design project to replace a legacy "Scan to ERP" solution.
The successful candidate will assess upgrade requirements and deliver a high-level design, cost estimate, resourcing plan, and timeline.
Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst will provide general BA support to the site and potentially other locations in the region.
Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead the assessment and preliminary design phase of the "Scan to ERP" replacement project.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, including high-level design, cost estimation, resourcing plans, and timelines.
Business Analysis: Document and analyze current business processes (as-is) and propose optimized future-state processes (to-be).
Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
Recommend business process and system changes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, senior management, and IT teams.
Facilitate clear communication to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) across systems, technology, and processes to drive project success.
General BA Support: Provide ongoing business analysis support to the Limerick facility and potentially other regional sites.
Requirements Qualifications & Skills Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst, with experience working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.
Background in manufacturing or distribution is essential.
Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with ERP systems, especially legacy technologies (e.g., AS400-based solutions).
Knowledge of RFgen mobile barcoding and data collection technology is desirable.
Functional understanding of ERP platforms in a manufacturing context is preferred.
Skills: Strong process mapping and documentation abilities.
Exceptional communication skills for bridging technical and business stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
