What You'll Do: Lead with Passion: Inspire and motivate our team to deliver outstanding service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Guest Experience: Build strong relationships with our guests, responding to their needs and feedback to enhance their experience.
Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, optimise costs, and drive sales through innovative marketing strategies and exceptional service.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a General Manager within the hospitality industry.
A General Manager that is capable of building and driving a team that excels in Customer Service.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of restaurant/bar management software and POS systems.
A passion for food, wine, and creating memorable experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
