We are seeking a Cloud Security Manager to play a crucial role in protecting our digital infrastructure. You will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to key security initiatives that keep our systems and data safe.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate and implement the organization's information security management system
* Develop IT security standards and procedures and ensure their compliance
* Implement and maintain IT security solutions to ensure robustness and resilience of organization's security posture
* Carry out monitoring of systems for security anomalies and detection of breaches
* Perform IT security audits and risk assessments as well as implement risk mitigation measures
* Handle all aspects of incident response and implement vulnerability mitigation
* Conduct cyber security incident management plan exercises
* Educate users on IT security, providing training to employees and contractors on security policy, standards and procedures
* Review non-compliance of IT security policy and procedures and carry out user engagements to ensure compliance
* Help manage cybersecurity dashboards and contribute to the monthly IT security performance reports
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, application, enterprise architecture and PMO/governance team
Requirements:
* Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field
* A keen interest in IT security and a desire to learn about cloud environments, security initiatives and business project support
* Knowledge in cloud security and application security would be highly valued
* Skills and established experience in cyber security and risk management, threats, vulnerabilities, security policies etc.
* Deep understanding of infrastructure components, including infrastructure security components
* Experience with networking, system administration and infrastructure architecture
* Experience with information security tools (SIEM, anti-virus tools etc.)
* CISSP/CISM/CISA/CEH or equivalent certification would be an added advantage
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work well in a team and independently on assigned tasks
* Pro-active, adaptable and a strong team player
* Strong interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
