Role & Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Resolve queries efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain and update customer records and schedules.
4. Prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet KPIs.
5. Provide clear, accurate communication in both written and verbal English.
6. Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
7. Participate in meetings, share insights, and contribute to a positive team culture.
8. Stay informed on company policies, products, and industry updates.
9. Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards.
10. Support projects and perform other duties as needed.
11. Be a Brand Ambassador of Comfort Keepers Homecare and the services we offer and provide in the community.

Requirements:
1. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Experience in a healthcare or customer service role (preferred).
4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
5. Must live in Ireland and must be legally eligible to work in Ireland with the required documentation. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
