Job Title: German Customer Relationship Coordinator
Location: Dublin City Centre

Type: Permanent Position. Hybrid working model, 3 days in office + 2 days WFM.
Training: Onsite initially.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week / Monday – Friday (flexi start core hours 9am-3pm).
As a successful Customer Relationship Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and understanding their business needs and how you can support them. You will be supporting our clients in renewing their contracts & leases with the business and looking for opportunities to extend/grow the business. You will be building a strong relationship with current clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage key accounts and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients' needs and renewing their contracts & leases.
2. Manage and maintain the in-house knowledge database and ensure all databases are up to date.
3. Develop strong internal and external relationships with customers and find new & innovative ways to continually enhance the customers’ experience.
4. Maintain a track record in meeting and exceeding targets while working in a fast-paced environment.
5. Participate in weekly & monthly meetings.
Experience
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, telesales, and/or account management.
2. CRM proficiency experience is a plus.
3. High levels of motivation, enthusiasm, and an innovative approach.
4. Sales training is preferred.
5. A natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
6. Excellent telephone manner is essential.
7. Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude.
8. Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective long-term relationships.
9. Able to develop positive business relationships and to ‘close’ a sale.
10. Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
