Responsibilities include:Working with the Critical Utilities Operations and Maintenance team to maximise Critical Utility equipment, including optimisation and development of plant operation, maintenance plans, standard operating procedures, risk assessments, etc.Ensuring that maintenance standards are set to ensure safe and reliable operations by driving Reliability Excellence.Reviewing vendor documents and reports, and managing the effective close out of Work Orders on site CMMS.Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues, implementing effective solutions to minimise downtime and maintain environmental control.Overseeing service delivery and maintaining and growing relationships with Service Providers in partnership with stakeholders such as Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, Procurement, and global departments.Ensuring all operating systems are in compliance with all Regulatory and Legal requirements including EPA licence, Quality (cGDP/GMP's), EHS, Global Engineering, design & construction directives, requirements & procedures.Key requirements include:Bachelor's (Level 8) or Master's Degree in a relevant Science/Engineering discipline with at least 6 years' experience providing technical expertise on an operating site.Experience in Operating and Maintaining Utility systems in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility is advantageous.Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting with the ability to interpret technical documents and process drawings.Familiarity with utilising an Automatic Fault Detection System would be advantageous.Broad knowledge of Process Design, Good Manufacturing Practices, Maintenance systems, and industry regulations related to the manufacture of pharmaceutical products.Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
