Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize company software to analyze client data and trends, informing commercial decisions and strategy.
* Identify and target new market opportunities and potential clients.
* Achieve KPIs related to business growth, sales generation, and customer satisfaction.
* Explore and develop partnerships with other businesses to enhance service offerings and expand market reach.
* Engage in consultative selling, working closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Build strong, consultative relationships with clients to ensure their marketing and business objectives are met.
* Lead sales processes including lead generation, pipeline management, and the identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Build and maintain a strong network within the local business community.
* Represent the Dublin studio at events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise the company's profile.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Foster and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client loyalty.
Requirements:
* Proven background in business development and generating leads to develop and grow new business opportunities.
* Experience in B2B consultative selling.
* Strong communication skills and experience in relationship building.
* Ability to achieve clients' marketing and business goals and grow revenue streams.
