Job Description
Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
* Allocating responsibilities and overseeing operations for assigned areas and lines.
* Oversight of materials management and reviews of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Proposing and implementing improvements to production workflows, equipment and systems.
* Planning and managing production activities to achieve operational efficiency and excellence.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or science.
* 3 years' experience working in a manufacturing or science environment.
* Knowledge of Automated Manufacturing Environment and solid understanding of FMC would be an advantage.
Competencies
You will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, coaching and development skills, change management and problem-solving skills, team player attitude, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and experience working on Continuous Improvement Projects.
