Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
* Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and managing security groups.
* Familiarity with handling access requests and managing permissions.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting Office 365 issues and software installations.
* Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and proactive problem-solving.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
* Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
