Working in a fast-paced environment your main duties will be to support and assist the Vendor Managers in managing a group of vendors and enhancing our working relationtionship with customers.
The main functions of the role includes, but are not limited to the below responsibilities to ensure that all business components of the Vendor and Customer's service level requirements are met.
Role Responsibilities Understand the various systems, including SAP, QlikView, Box etc. Provide support to the Vendor Manager on a given set of Vendors. Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) Process including completion of CMS and Customer set up forms. Ensure correct product creation in SAP via tools such as Winshuttle, etc. Work with compliance team to ensure NPI compliance tracker is always up to date.
Maintain product master data in the relevant CMS systems including poduct status (existing, end of life, etc) via SAP/QlikView and Customer's vehicles.
Assist in loading/updating customer-specific cost and sales pricing within SAP. Manage and process price protection claims to vendors and within internal Pipefy platform.
Manage the process of ensuring any vendor rebates and loaded in to systems to ensure correct margins are reflected on sales orders.
Monitoring and responding to Teamwork Desk business inquiries Proactively manage communications (emails, calls, ETA tracking, etc) with customers and vendors.
Work with vendor to provide customer with accurate information on deliuvery dates and provide solutions and a recovery plan to the service level agreement with customer.
Adhere to internal processes, timelines, and protocols (reports, product setup, etc) Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (Operations, Finance, and Logistics) to optimise the business efficiencies Contribute to Process Improvement initiatives by reviewing existing process and recommending improvements to make us more efficient as a business Additional Responsibilities Skills & Personal Attributes Clear and professional verbal and written communication Exceptional organization and time-management skills Superior attention to detail Flexible, and able to work effectively under pressure, handling multiple tasks Able to work independently and under different time zones Experience in working with cross functional teams Associates or Bachelors' Degree is a plus Commercial understanding of Consumer Electronic business preferred Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, MS Word, Excel, and Power Point Key Traits CMS believes that a diverse and inclusive workforce enriches and is integral to the success of our company.
