FP&A Manager - A Strategic Role in a Leading Irish Technology Company
Our client, an innovative Irish technology company, is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their growing team. Based in South County Dublin, this role offers the opportunity to work across a global organisation, contributing to all aspects of the sales and commercial cycle, with a focus on financial analysis, cost modelling, and margin optimisation. Reporting to the CFO, you'll also support corporate development initiatives and strategic financial transactions, playing a critical role in shaping the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and produce customer proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, ensuring financial accuracy and alignment with business goals.
* Collaborate with sales, procurement, and product teams to refine pricing strategies and improve margins.
* Evaluate opportunities to grow revenue with both new and existing customers.
* Identify and mitigate risks in sales contracts in partnership with the CFO and legal team.
* Support the CFO in exploring new markets and strategic financial initiatives.
* Drive improvements in internal processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
Your Background
You are an accomplished professional with experience in finance, commercial, or procurement roles. You bring strong financial acumen, a proactive approach, and the ability to work seamlessly across time zones and teams. Experience in SaaS or technology is a plus, but not essential.

Location
This role is based in South County Dublin, with an expectation of at least three days per week in the office. Occasional international travel (2-3 weeks annually) may be required.
Salary: c€85-95,000 plus bonus, pension and package.
