The Role
We are seeking an administrative assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Subject Matter Experts in Wealth Management and Capital Markets departments. Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and distributing reports, presentations, and other materials as requested by SMEs.
* Updating issue logs, RAID logs, and relevant team materials.
* Prioritizing tasks based on urgency across three lines of defence.
* Scheduling meetings with stakeholders across 1LOD, 2LOD, and 3LOD.
* Taking meeting minutes and distributing to teams.
* Coordinating tasks and ensuring effective communication between team members and internal parties.
* Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by SMEs or senior team members.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
* A Bachelor's degree from a recognized University or College.
* 2-3 years' experience in the Financial Services industry (desirable).
* Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, interacting professionally with colleagues and external partners.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and environments in a fast-paced industry.
