Job Title: Customer Financial Planning Advisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven individual to join our nationwide network of 120 advisors across the AIB branch network. This role requires building strong customer relationships, providing expert advice on financial needs, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning Advice: Provide customers with expert advice on protection, investment, savings, and pensions.
2. Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues across multiple channels to grow and retain assets under management.
3. Business Development: Identify and engage clients with financial planning needs, supporting the development of key staff in assigned Business Centres/Branches.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Fully Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA)
* Experience: Preferably, experience as a Financial Advisor with a proven track record in client relationship-building and referrals.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
