We are looking to add an experienced accounting & finance recruiter to our team in Dublin.
This is a career making opportunity to move into an established desk in the Banking, Insurance and Financial Services area with an excellent pipeline of business to access.
What you will be responsible for: Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, getting to know their business, how they operate, and what type of candidates would be the best fit for them Consistently develop relationships with new and potential clients have a commercial awareness and ability to see immediate and future opportunities to develop business Managing the full 360 recruitment process for roles that you are actively working on this includes taking a full brief from clients, sourcing, pipelining, advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews and following through to offer, references, and placement Having high attention to detail and commitment to maintaining our internal database using extensive sourcing methods, while maintaining strong & on-going communication with passive and active candidates Networking within the industry, always representing the A+F brand accordingly with a sense professionalism and being a subject matter expert in your chosen area Desired Skills & Experience: Min 3+ years recruitment experience Experience sourcing Accounting & Finance candidates through a wide variety of means Background in Banking/ Financial Services desirable not essential University Degree Outstanding communication and collaboration skills A track record of working autonomously Self-motivated and driven Desire to contribute to a team environment and work together as a team An interest or experience in international recruitment would be a major bonus Why work at A+F?
