Tax Assistant – Global Business Services
Description:
I am delighted to be retained by an international FMCG leader based in North Dublin, who are seeking to speak with enthusiastic Tax Assistants, in particular people that are coming with good experience supporting and assisting in Tax Advice and Compliance across the European entities. Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience from a Shared Service Centre and comfortable working with RTR.

The Role:
Assist in ensuring accurate tax advice to internal partners
Review revenue streams to ensure tax compliance throughout the group
Advise on transfer pricing documents, Country by Country and CFC Reporting
Complete yearly tax budget and forecasting
Complete and Submit corporate tax returns computations and other tax returns (46G, iXBRL)
Assist in Preparation of Tax filings (VAT, Corporation Tax and Partnership Form 1)
Provide financial data and analysis to support tax addback
The Person:
Tax Qualification with 1yr PQE, in a GBS/SSC structure within International Tax/Audit firm
Tax or Accounting qualification, advanced Tax certification ideal
Good track record of system expertise and process improvements
Advanced MS Excel skills
Ability to handle a high volume of work, demonstrating excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
Aptitude for building relationships, influencing upwards and laterally, taking ownership of tasks, and keeping colleagues informed of progress.
High level of commercial acumen
Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA
