Job Description
Amazon has built a reputation for excellence and Amazon Internet Services (AISPL), the local reseller of AWS is carrying on that tradition while leading the world in Cloud technologies.
As a member of the AWS Support team, you will be at the forefront of this transformational technology assisting a global list of companies that are taking advantage of a growing set of services and features to run their mission-critical applications.
You will work with leading companies in this space and directly with the engineering teams within Amazon developing these new capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer's technical inquiries via phone, chat and email.
* Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events.
* Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams.
Profile Division:
The AWS Support team will allocate the candidate to the most appropriate profile based on their skills, interest. New joiner can learn various tech knowledge and skills through onboarding process.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
* Experience in customer service or technical support.
