This role provides the chance to practice law in a fast-paced, in-house setting as part of a collaborative international team of lawyers and legal analysts. Responsibilities: Advise the Group General Counsel and senior executives on legal aspects of the organisation's commercial relationships. Draft and negotiate software license agreements and other contractual documents. Provide actionable legal advice aligned with ION's strategic commercial goals. Assist in resolving contentious matters. Apply and develop risk management best practices. Implement lean management principles in the delivery of legal services. Requirements The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE. Be intelligent, commercially astute, and able to simplify complex legal concepts for non-legal professionals. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Be skilled in managing document templates and efficiently processing legal documentation.
