The Marketing Executive will join a dynamic team in Dublin, contributing to the success of a well-loved Irish brand by driving creative, clear, and easy-to-implement communication solutions for store teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* In-Store Communications: Collaborate with the Shopper Marketing Manager to develop POS materials, print communications, and store signage that effectively communicates the brand message.
* Customer Advocacy: Ensure messaging is clear, impactful, and easy for store teams to implement, always advocating for the customer in all aspects of in-store communication.
* Campaign Support: Lead in-store campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and seamless collaboration with commercial, operations, and in-store teams.
* Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with commercial, operations, and in-store teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Agency Management: Manage agency relationships and assist with the delivery of print, design, and experiential marketing materials.
* Budget Management: Assist with budget management, PO creation, supplier quotations, and maintaining cost control within agreed budgets.
* Event Support: Assist with any in-store activations and events.

Experience & Qualifications:
* Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a large retailer or FMCG brand.
* Understanding of In-Store POS Formats: Strong understanding of in-store POS formats (offer signs, FSDUs, in-store navigation, etc.) and store branding (both internal and external signage).
* Creative Campaign Delivery: Proven ability to deliver creative, impactful in-store campaigns for national brands.
* Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
* Agencies and Briefing: Experience working with creative agencies and briefing print.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
* Brand Management: Brand management experience is a plus.
