We are seeking an experienced Service Team Leader / Manager with a strong background in Automation (Delta V) to oversee and lead a dynamic team in Cork, Ireland. This is a full-time, on-site role, responsible for managing a team of 50-60 resources, ensuring efficient service delivery, and driving continuous improvement within operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 50-60 professionals in the Automation sector.
Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of service-related projects and support activities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and team performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and service expectations are met.
Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal team allocation and project delivery.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting expertise for Delta V automation systems.
Monitor KPIs, analyse performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in automation, with a strong focus on Delta V systems.
Proven experience managing teams of 50+ resources in a service environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical expertise in automation systems.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Ability to work on-site full-time in Cork, Ireland.
Must have a European passport and be willing to relocate to Ireland.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Contract & Employment Details:
Initial 12-month contract with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
