Our client, a well recognised service within the Intellectual Disability Sector, are currently recruiting for a Facilities Lead to cover a Maternity Leave contract within their services in South Dublin/Bray area.
To be considered for this role you will need to have the following: A recognised qualification in Facilities to include Housing/Tenancy Legislation (desirable) Experience in Building Regulations.
Project Management Experience Experience and demonstration of effectively working with social landlords, statutory and voluntary agencies, building and maintaining excellent relationships with same.
