Job Description
We are seeking an EHS Lead to play a pivotal role in our project implementation and delivery processes.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to safely deliver the completion of projects.
Responsibilities
* Conduct regular formal site audits and carry out inspections as directed in the Safety Management system/PSCS.
* Attend Safety Leadership Tours.
* Covery safety policies and procedures to staff.
* Participate in external Quadra EHS Audits with relevant closeout.
* Communicate findings to management and assist in closure of issues.
* Assess the EHS function to identify areas for improvement.
* Investigate incidents and analyze root causes.
* Develop training programs for accident prevention and greater EHS awareness.
* Knowledge of environmental health & safety legislation.
* Manage and mentor a team of EHS professionals.
* Maintain management systems in accordance with ISO 45001/14001 and Safe T Cert.
* Represent the company with clients and third parties.
Requirements
* Minimum 6+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Experience working in the Construction Sector.
* Mechanical background is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
About the Role
This role is based full time onsite in a project based in Dublin City Centre.
The successful candidate will report to JEG commercial EHS Manager / Group EHS Manager.
