Accounts Administrator / Purchase Ledger Clerk Belfast (BT3) Salary c.£24 K - £28 K DOE We are pleased to be working on behalf of a client with an immediate need for an experienced Accounts Administrator / Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their established Team.
Duties/Responsibilities: Set up new customers and suppliers investigate and resolve supplier queries Invoice processing (over 3 companies) Reconciliation of supplier statements Other ad-hoc finance duties as and when required Eligibility criteria: Min 3+ years experience working as part of a busy finance team Practical knowledge of computerised accounts packages Processing high volume of invoices High level of expertise in use of Microsoft Excel Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload Strong planning and organising skills Good numeracy and time management skills Keen eye for detail Applications for this role will be considered immediately with a view to placing the right individual ASAP, so please register your interest early.
