Job Title: Onsite IT Technician

Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician that has a demonstrated history of excellent customer service, sense of urgency, and able to multitask with minimum supervision. You will be the local on-site face of the technology department, supporting local and remote employees across multiple countries at all levels. Providing support, research and resolution on a variety of issues, tracking and monitoring the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Responsibilities:
1. Advanced troubleshooting for employees: hardware break fixes, network print Solutions (desktop/laptop, printer, mobile device, and network peripherals).
2. Providing technical support for local and remote users
3. Configuration and Deployment of Windows and iOS computers
4. Prepare, ship and receive hardware, computers and accessories.
5. Maintain stockroom inventory and ensure all assets are accounted for by performing physical inventory counts.
6. Assist with procurement of new hardware and the proper disposal of aged hardware.
7. Timely and consistent completion of assigned tickets and requests, ensuring accurate and complete information.
8. Assisting users with VPN connection troubleshooting and managing two factor authentication for new and existing employees.
9. Audio Visual (A/V) conference room support and troubleshooting
10. Work with the network team to resolve issues (WIFI, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, Switch Ports).
11. Provide on-site hands-on assistance for other technology teams when needed.
Requirements:
12. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of advanced IT technical support with Windows and iOS computers, operating systems, and office applications.
13. Demonstrated experience imaging and upgrading Windows and iOS computers
14. Strong knowledge Google Suite applications
15. Microsoft InTune, AutoPilot, Azure, and Jamf
16. Image creation and management
17. Experience working tickets within a service management system.
18. Shipping and receiving computers to end users and repair vendors.
19. Working with local and remote users at all levels
20. Providing support via remote access tools like LogMeIn
21. Exposure to Identity Management tools like Okta
22. Excellent communication, follow up and time management skills
23. Ability to multitask with minimal supervision
24. Understanding of network protocols and VPN solutions
