Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
* Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns and creative strategy.
* Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through tactical focus and execution.
* Knowledge of the online advertising industry and local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
* Ability to grow in a team environment.
* Ability to think strategically about issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
* Excellent influencing and communication skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.

Responsibilities
* Manage the business cycle as a sales professional for new business acquisition from early stages to closing the customers and managing the relationship after closure to ensure customer satisfaction, performance, and promote opportunities.
* Prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in close partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency and Marketing teams.
* Acquire business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
* Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google Display Network, App Promotion).
