We are looking for a Project Manager in the Cyber Security area for our client in the banking sector. Experience required in Project Management, Cyber Security, Firewall, and Stakeholder Management.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage detailed project plans for programme work streams.
2. Prior experience in project managing cyber security projects.
3. Good working knowledge of waterfall and agile project management.
4. Strong communications, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Solid understanding of managing and maintaining project RAID logs.
6. Provide succinct project status reports for multiple stakeholders.
7. Plan and develop the project from ideation through to implementation.
8. Ensure stakeholder satisfaction at all times.
9. Work within an agile team ensuring overall project delivery.
10. Monitor project progress, review user stories and acceptance criteria, and set deadlines.
11. Investigate, evaluate, and make recommendations for improvements to project processes.
12. Work closely with other software development teams, tech architects, and business owners.
13. Liaise with management across the business for continuous improvement and best practices.
14. Effectively document and surface relevant information.
15. Remove blockers to ensure project success.
16. Manage risks, issues, deadlines, dependencies, and present status reports.
17. Work with the Infrastructure team to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
18. Create a supportive and rewarding working environment that aligns with company culture.
19. Monitor efficiency of resource use and team productivity.
20. Develop a thorough understanding of our industry and our products and services.
21. Regular progress reporting, defining and reporting KPIs and key metrics.
22. Keep stakeholders updated on activities affecting their goals.
23. Focus on long-term effectiveness, simplicity of solutions, and appropriate controls.
24. Estimate projects and tasks, collaborating with technical and business teams.
25. Ensure quality of third-party deliveries against requirements.
26. Act as an authoritative voice-of-customer representative as needed.
27. Support recruiting, mentoring, and developing team members.
28. Expert at budget and effort management, tracking team costs, and efficiency.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
1. 5+ years demonstrable PM Cyber Security experience within a regulated environment.
2. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
3. Knowledge of Banking Project Management.
4. Ability to implement projects and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Perform detailed analysis and provide clear feedback for improvements.
6. Foresee and communicate potential problems before they arise.
7. Strong customer service mentality and relationship-building skills.
8. Strong motivational and people skills.
9. Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
10. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
11. Ability to run and manage processes efficiently.
