Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our dynamic team at Nua Healthcare.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Process approved Purchase Requisition Forms (PRFs) and ensure compliance with Nua's policies and procedures
* Process a large volume of purchase invoices
* Set up new suppliers
* Complete payment runs
* Process IBB payments
* Sending out remittances and dealing with supplier queries in a timely manner
* Assist Accountants/AP Team Lead with projects as required
* Assist Accountants/AP Team Lead with yearly audits and audit queries
* Participate in internal controls and policy compliance projects as required
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
* Ability to set own high standards of performance and deliver desired results to strict deadlines
* Experience with Sage Line 50 system
* High-volume experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment
* Excellent attention to detail, time management, administration, and organisational skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong typing skills
* Professional manner and strong ethical code
